can we have a threesome for 30 percent exp boost?
Almost lvl 35, I have 6 guns nearly maxed out and I can just roll over pretty much anything. I've also only done maybe 10% of the story so I'm curious how easy the rest of the campaign will be now
Maybe the planet used to have a clean atmosphere, before something happened?
I love finding a carton of milk in an abandoned place - and drinking it for health. Feels so wrong.
So apparently the Shieldbreaker in New Atlantis is regarded as one of the better well balanced ships in the game, along with another one called Renegade. It's a big ship, holds 6 people but has really good stats.
I have yet to see that in any of the spaceship stores I've come across though.

Even if you're really enjoying the game, there are clearly way too many Starfield threads.
Even fuckin Sea of Stars is in on the action
I tried but it's not for me.You need dark mode in your life..
Well, there was simply no hype for Starfield, which is why no one is talking about it.For such a big game, you'd think there would be more starfield threads.
Wrong thread?Even if you're really enjoying the game, there are clearly way too many Starfield threads.
I figured venting in the OT would be better than giving any of the other threads more views and oxygenWrong thread?

As a millennial, social media is on the same level as air to me. Not possibleGo dark. Its the only way to be sure
Lol with vasco it's usually that or landing on a planet and he start murdering every enemy on sight in a 2 km area even if it is not your assigned companion...Got a new ship fellas. Class B Kepler.
Wait a sec.....dafuq is that?
Jesus....Vasco!
sigh
The only thing that game can scratch is my rectum because it was a slowly descending piece of turd.Alien Isolation from almost 10 years ago looks better than this game.
TO scratch my sci fi itch I think I rather replay Outer Worlds.
I prefer to get a bit more ... hands on..
If that doesn't work, there's always this...
I do appreciate that that encumbrance doesn’t prevent you from running, just reduces your o2 as you do,Mm, game definitely picks up after the intro sections.
Carry capacity is really annoying though given how much stuff there is to collect. At least you can store items in the shop and sell them directly.
I'm always forgetting that you can have your companions carry shit for you. I can't stop picking random items up, though. If you're compulsive it might be worth it to boost your Weight Lifting skill early on. I did it on Mars at the recommendation of adamsapple . Unlock the base skill, then it pretty much involves a lot of sprinting. I stop to scan and mine while I regain some O2, then sprint in between POIs where you can gain some XP. Rinse and repeat.Mm, game definitely picks up after the intro sections.

Me and the boys doing science stuff:The easiest way to quickly level up is to go to a distant high level solar system, find a planet with fauna and just kill everything that moves. You can get 100+ XP for a single kill. And because we're EXPLORER, killing counts as scanning... so yeah, we're doing science stuff with good old gun powder.
just line up all the gaps/lines first and then insert them, ez.Even simple lockpicking unable to do (novice level).

I can't wait for the Hugh Hefner skill mod. Gonna max that out for 'Romance any NPC. Romance +4000% more companions'. My ship...So many mods coming out daily its getting hard to keep up, this game needs a dedicated mods thread.
Yes all layers, every single slot can only really fit in one place, so just move them around until they all line up, and then insert them. You mean the internal layers?
Gaps and lines don't always line up for outer most circle.
I want to continue the quest but the pirate base level is 20 and its like 3 grav jumps away. Im only a level 9 shlub with a stim addiction.Finished crimson fleet quest line tonight.
That quest line is an entire game story all on its own. The branching possibilities in here were extensive and numerous start to finish.
Is it safe to assume each planet with a main hub town like akila , Atlantis, Neon, etc will have 50+ hours worth of content easy for missions to do with meat on them ? I have yet to do anything but new Atlantis ones I picked up and main story. 50+ hours gone.
Todd’s vision is insane.
I’m terrified what this mother fucker is cooking for ES6….
You can change jump to A (I have that and LB for interacting, looting - took a while before I stopped jumping when trying to loot - and Y for scanner). The conflict is for the Starmap "open resource view". Go and Map that to right stick and you should be good to go.I want to jump by pressing A on Xbox but if I change the input it tells me there is a conflict with other ones.
Did someone do that and had any issue ? I just can't get past 35 years of jumping with A. I can't understand a game dev would change that rule.
First world problem, yes. I know.
Thank you a lot! Really helps. You can change jump to A (I have that and LB for interacting, looting - took a while before I stopped jumping when trying to loot - and Y for scanner). The conflict is for the Starmap "open resource view". Go and Map that to right stick and you should be good to go.
I got those details from here https://www.pcinvasion.com/best-controller-and-aim-settings-for-starfield/
That said, if you don't go with those exact buttons there could be other conflicts introduced.
Why making the game even easier tho?The easiest way to quickly level up is to go to a distant high level solar system, find a planet with fauna and just kill everything that moves. Being under-leveled is the only way to have a small semblance of challenge...
Level balancing?I'm not under-leveled and I don't think I'll be again at any point in this game. But If I want that cool perk now and I'm missing few XP points, this is a very fast way of getting it.
Level balancing is my main problem with this game.
