World Cup would be fun. We can select teams like we did in previous leagues, last place goes first and work our way back.

yeah the second half was better but I'm really bad at adjusting to the input lag that happens in some online games, especially for stuff like jockeying for position. can't blame the net for that tackle though, i thought i had the angle on it

yeah I think it helped I was trying to go away from the goal when you slid. we both missed a few 1v1 against the keeper too

Another frustrating loss. Couldn't finish. Astro, your defense was super intimidating. Every time I got past midfield there was still 6-8 men in black waiting for me. Good game.

gg man. it was pretty much the first breakthrough that would win it it seems. after i hit the post on that rebound late i was almost sure it would finish 0-0. the cpu does seem to SUPER open up the offense at 85'+ though, even if you leave all your settings the same so was fortunate to break through then

It seemed after about 65' it was just sprinting and cross and you happened to catch my team out of position. It was pretty fun.

All good I remember who it was P. Diop. First goal he has ever scored for me this league. Yeah that one off the post was close. My friend was yelling OMG over an over lol. I had the edge because of my extra circular activity before the match lol.

It was only a yellow too! I knew you were scoring if I didn't go for that. I think when I hit the slide button you weren't on your break away yet, so the game maybe thought it wasn't a last man tackle? No idea. Should have been red.

Other than that and a couple shots my keeper saved, there weren't many opportunities on either end. I was kicking myself for missing that wide open header on a corner. Just put it wide of the post.

I did feel I played a bit better this game than my last. I still think I need to change my tactics with this team, but I haven't bothered.

Was it only a yellow? The Referees were terrible all game. Called nothing on either end. I'm at the point where I am waiting for the next league with relegations and promotions.

Since this season is almost over with, is there interest in continuing some sort of league? tourney stuff? I am interested but it does take work to keep track of shit, so is there interest?

Also there are 2 options, one is setup a league, with maybe 2 divisions and promotion relegation status, as has been discussed as a possibility.

another is take a break from club, and do a little world cup style thing. So any ideas? Suggestions? votes? please chime in so I can start planning. thank you.

I'm down for either, and I am completely willing to help with organization, statistic tracking, etc.

I definitely think switching to a International tournament and then back to a two division league. Nothing wrong with a bit of variation between what we do. Either way, I definitely want to keep something going.
